People have never been ready for Jesus to come. The FIRST CHRISTMAS, "He came to His own people, and they did not receive Him" because they did not recognize Who He was.
Jesus told the disciples exactly what was going to happen to Him—that He would die and rise again—but AFTER THE RESURRECTION they were not ready when He walked into the room where they were scared and mourning.
Jesus has also told us that HE WILL COME AGAIN. But most of the world's people are not ready.
This is also THE PASSION OF THOSE WE TRAIN. In November Everett was privileged to speak at a conference in Florence, Italy, of over 200 Filipinos who are planting churches among hundreds of thousands of Filipino overseas workers who are scattered across Western Europe. When these are reached, they become missionaries to their own people at home, but they also have a passion to reach others where they are working. The last night of the conference, about 25 committed to going out from their comfort zone to other European countries.
THANKS! It has been our privilege to visit a number of supporting churches and personal supporters during the last four months. We have appreciated the fellowship, interest, offerings, and pledges of prayer support. We do still need a large amount of monthly support. If God is nudging you, you will experience His joy when you obey—and be investing in the Kingdom for eternity!
